This job was done with the standard Vortex Sprayliner materials using the Vortex KV-5006 Sprayliner System.
The dealer that applied the Vortex on this truck stated that “there is no doubt that to get a job like this done in ONE DAY you absolutely have to have experience… in other words you need to know what you are doing”.
When asked “How can you spray UNDER-INSIDE the rails?” he replies: “Well, I just have the hoses over my shoulder and the vortex gun upside down… Not a big deal… Easy to do with the Vortex low pressure system.
When this truck pulls up into a drive thru, the guys want to reach out the window and feel the truck texture.
The bottom line is that the Vortex System kicks butt all around the world… no need for a big, high pressure, expensive machine or a huge compressor!
